China Immigration Law Blog aims to keep track of main aspects of China's immigration system, advocate for fair and reasonable immigration law and policy, and enhance the quality of immigration law practice.
Our website accepts submissions on any topic related to immigration, refugee or nationality law in China. Both English and Chinese are acceptable. Please include an author introduction at the top of the submission. Also, be sure to include necessary annotations for assertions and attributions made in your essay.
